Privacy Policy

Short, because the site collects almost nothing.

Updated 2026-10-27 · 9K Club

This policy covers the arcade room and its guide pages. It is short because the site has no accounts, no database and no advertising, so there is very little to describe.

The short version

The only thing this site keeps about you is the points wallet, and it is kept by your browser, on your device. It is never uploaded, never shared and never linked to a person. Clearing your browser's site data for this site removes it completely.

What is stored on your device

One record in local storage under the key k9club.arcade.v1, holding: a points balance, an experience total, a level, a current and best streak, the best balance reached, a count of rounds played, the date of the last daily refill, and the last two dozen round results. Nothing in that record identifies a person, and nothing in it leaves the browser.

No cookies are set by the site. If your browser blocks storage — a private window, for instance — the games still work; they simply forget the wallet when the window closes.

What is never collected

  • No name, e-mail address, phone number or postal address — there is no field for any of them.
  • No payment information of any kind, because the site accepts no payments.
  • No account, profile or advertising identifier.
  • No advertising or social trackers, and no third-party analytics profile of your browsing.
  • No location data and no device fingerprinting.

Third parties

The pages are static files served by a content delivery network. Like every web server, that network processes the technical details of a request — IP address, user agent, the file requested, the time — to deliver the page and to protect against abuse. Those are ordinary server logs held by the hosting provider under its own policy; we do not build profiles from them and we do not hand them to anyone.

Fonts and images are served from this site itself rather than from a third-party font or image service, so loading a page does not call out to another company on your behalf.

Your control over it

  • Delete everything: Start over, under the game, clears the wallet immediately. Clearing site data for this site in your browser does the same.
  • Prevent storage: play in a private window, or block site storage in your browser settings.
  • Ask a question: write to [email protected]. Since there is no account, a request to delete personal data has nothing to act on — but we are glad to explain what the record holds.

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it. The terms cover the rules for using the arcade, and the points page explains what each stored number does.
