These terms apply to this website and the arcade room on it. Using the site means accepting them. They are written to be read, not to be endured.
1. Using the site
The site is provided for personal entertainment. It is an independent arcade and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any other company, application or club using a similar name. Nothing on it is advice, a service contract or an offer of any product.
2. Age
The arcade room is intended for people aged 18 and over. By playing, you confirm you meet that age, even though the games involve no money at any point. The responsible play page covers the reasoning and lists support services.
3. Club points
- Club points are a score counter with no monetary value and no value of any kind outside this website.
- They cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, withdrawn, transferred between people or converted to anything.
- They are stored by your browser on your device. They are not an account, a balance or property.
- We cannot restore points that are lost when browser storage is cleared, because no copy exists anywhere — see the points page.
- Point totals, payouts, levels and the refill rules may be adjusted as the games are improved.
4. Fair use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site or other people's use of it: no automated hammering of the pages, no attempt to break into infrastructure, no scraping that interferes with service, and no republishing of the site as your own. Editing your own browser storage is not something we can stop and not something we police — it only changes a number on your own screen.
5. Content
The text, layout, artwork, logo and game code on this site belong to its operators. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back; copying whole pages or lifting the games is not permitted. Names and marks belonging to other companies remain theirs.
6. Availability and liability
The site is offered as it is. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, that every page will be free of error, or that a game will behave identically in every browser. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of a free entertainment website — including lost club points, which have no value.
7. Changes
